This class helps those looking to heal and integrate difficult, traumatic or unexpected births in a group setting. Lexi Chatara-Middleton, M.Al, R-DMT and Livia Cohen-Shapiro, M.A. co-facilitate a class that helps the participants transform their birth story into one that is resilient and whole.
Class fees are $260-$320 on a sliding scale and are held at 440 Main St. Longmont in the Sage Birth & Wellness Collective Office.
