Bailey Barmettler

Having heard the plea for effective sex education, intimacy coaching, somatic trauma reprocessing, & holistic body working, Bailey has intentionally built her education & profession around providing high-quality sex education & somatic body working across Northern Colorado.

As a continual learner, Bailey’s educational journey only began with receiving a Psychology BA from CSU, with a minor in Conflict Reconciliation. Continuing to receive a Sex Educator Certification from ISEE (AASECT approved), a Somatic Sex Educator Certification from ISSSE, and Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent training.

Her professional journey has included running a successful pelvic floor physical therapy practice, working as a team member in various wellness settings, & opening her own practice Romance and Reality LLC in Longmont, CO in 2019.

A Colorado native and nature lover, she enjoys gardening & being as eco-friendly/sustainable as possible. As someone whose life work includes ongoing battles with PTSD, Bailey has experience with how both harm & healing can be achieved through touch. Having struggled with achieving somatic pleasure for years, without any guides to turn to for assistance, she has found that providing neurologically needed touch education speaks meaningfully to her soul.
