For Maggie, it is a true pleasure to wake up each day and serve with purpose. From a young age Maggie discovered her calling to care for, and nurture others. Her passion for well-being and her fascination with the human body, soul, and mind lead her on a path to pursue a health-care career beginning at the University of Colorado, Boulder where she studied Human Physiology. It was after personal experience with Chiropractic and seeing sick people get well through receiving adjustments, that she committed to study Chiropractic and completed her degree at Life Chiropractic College West.
Maggie acknowledges the body, mind and soul as one, and her intention is to help you live a connected, inspired life. Chiropractic is about life, and can be a powerful tool for allowing you to make subtle yet profound shifts in the way you interface and view life on all levels. Maggie operates from the understanding that Chiropractic is about supporting the adaptation of the nervous system. By doing so, the individual receiving care experiences more clarity from within herself to how she sees the outside world.
While Maggie cares for all people in all walks of life, her true joy is supporting women, and especially women on discovering motherhood: including women in the preconception, pre-natal, post-natal and full on mother-hood stages of life. She has experience using the Webster Technique which specifically applies to women in pregnancy, and is currently studying through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to further her knowledge in caring for women and children. There is nothing more sacred than becoming a mother, and her hope is to empower women to connect with themselves, and their children, in order for them to care for their families from a place of abundance. She believes the well-being of a family begins with the health of the mother. Maggie loves to work with the entire family unit, and knows that all women, men, and children can receive the benefits from regular Chiropractic adjustments.
She has had the honor to work with thousands people all over the world in countries including India, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Turkey, Mexico; and owned and operated a practice in Medellin, Colombia. From her time in Latin America, Maggie is happy to offer care in Spanish to the Latina community in Colorado.
Maggie is committed to serving people of all ages to heal from whatever they are encountering in life, and to reconnect them with their innate intelligence so they may lead from a place of health, well-being and abundance. For more information on Maggie, please go toawakenchiropracticboulder.com
